  • Mixer/Extruder Operator

Currently seeking to will the following roles:

Mixer/Extruder Operator (2nd and 3rd Shirts) – Strongly prefer at least one year of experience mixing chemicals and/or one year of experience running extruders. sit-down fork lift experience preferred. high school diploma or GED.

Maintenance Technicians/Mechanics – Looking for multiple people willing to train on 1st shift then move to 2nd or 3rd shift.  Looking for at least 5 years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.  Also looking for two multi-craft maintenance mechanics that are experienced electricians, preferably licensed or with certification or other related education.  Minimum High School diploma or GED.

R&D Polymer Formulations Chemist – Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry or chemical engineering required.  Prefer 5+ years of experience developing new polymer compound formulas and adjusting existing formulas to meet customer expectations.  Must be able to deal with customers and sales staff, strong problem-solving skills, strong computer skills, experience with lab instrumentation, and strong organization and record keeping skills.

Executive Administrative Assistant to CEO – Minimum of high school education or GED, strongly prefer at least some college.  Looking for a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting an executive in a manufacturing environment.  High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows.  ACT! experience a plus.  Must be a quick thinker, versatile, flexible, self-motivated, driven and have strong interpersonal skills.  Must be well organized and have the ability to keep others organized.  Above average math skills.

Production Assistant – Minimum of high school education or GED, some college preferred.  Above average math skills, high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows required.  ACT! experience a plus.  Strong interpersonal skills required, must be a team player and highly motivated.  Above average math skills, a strong ability to analyze data and create spreadsheets and reports, and the ability to identify and solve problems are required.
