Given the rapidly changing situation regarding COVID-19, Star has adopted the necessary measures to safeguard the health of our teams – while remaining available for your work challenges:
- Quality & Safety: Across all of Star’s shipping and manufacturing facilities, we have increased our cleaning and sanitation efforts. Any employees at risk and/or with flu-like symptoms are prevented from working in our facilities. Our factory teams continue to be trained and provided with sanitation materials – as well as the information, support and direction they need to navigate the changes in their environment.
- Visitors & Travel: We have restricted all non-essential visitors to our facilities. We’ve limited non-essential travel. Video conferencing and other technologies are being used in lieu of in-person meetings.
- Remote Work: Teams who can effectively work from home are doing so. Our entire sales team is working from home and is available for any/all questions.
