Star Thermoplastics' elastomers (TPEs) are flexible, rubbery materials that can be repeatedly stretched without permanently deforming the shape of the part. Unlike Thermoset rubber, TPEs do not require curing or vulcanization, as they are true thermoplastics. TPEs can be used in injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and 2-shot molding to create durable, long-lasting parts. TPEs can be very rigid or very soft and gel-like.
