People that are single mindedly focused on the customer founded Star Thermoplastics in 1993. We were dedicated then and are today to provide cost effective solutions for our customers TPE problems.

Our mission at STAR is to provide TPE solutions that are designed for your specific application and processing equipment. In addition, we also provide free pre-coloring services, and a high level of customer service. We are conveniently located both in Broadview, Ill. 14 miles west of Chicago and in California.

We boast advanced manufacturing lines housed in a modern 30,000 square foot plant with the capacity to annually produce 30 million pounds of materials. STAR produces high quality TPEs for applications from small to large production runs. STAR has earned a reputation as an innovative and technology-driven company that provides solutions with high quality and competitively priced products.

STAR has a dedicated research and development laboratories that emphasizes finding materials and molding solutions to your complex materials problems. We use cutting edge technology to deliver cost effective solutions for our customers.
